Headset Warranty Information

Plantronics headsets feature a 1 to 2 year warranty. In general, wireless, Bluetooth and cordless/mobile headset a 1 year warranty. Commercial products, such as the H-series headset line and adapters, have a 2 year warranty.

To make a warranty claim, you'll need to verify the warranty status of the headset using this Plantronics Date Code Guide. You can then make an online claim using Plantronics QuickWeb Site. Plantronics will advance replace in-warranty headsets in 2 business days.
