IN THE FIRST 30 DAYS

·         If your headset fails within the first 30 days, please contact SKC at (800) 882-7779 for remote troubleshooting.

·         If a replacement is needed SKC will replace with a new unit  from SKC's headset inventory.


GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

·         Plantronics warrants their commercial products (i.e. H-Series headsets) for 24 months; retail products (ie Bluetooth and Wireless headset) have a 12 month warranty.

·         During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship.

MAKING A HEADSET WARRANTY CLAIM on items over 30 days from purchase

·         If your headset fails during the warranty period you can contact ITC_Buyer@Progressive.com  to arrange a SKC warranty replacement. 


RETURNS

·         SKC has a 30 day return policy on most headset products.

·         Contact ITC_Buyer@Progressive.com  to obtain a RMA - return authorization form.

 

TroubleShooting 

·         SKC recommends contacting Customer Service anytime your headset stops working. Many times simple troubleshooting can fix issues and you are able to resume using your headset within minutes instead of waiting for a replacement to arrive.
