In the First 30 Days

If your headset fails within the first 30 days, please contact SKC at (800) 882-7779 for remote troubleshooting, and, if needed, replacement with a new unit from SKC's headset inventory.

General Warranty Terms

Plantronics warrants their commercial products (ie H-Series headsets) for 24 months; retail products (ie Bluetooth and Wireless headset) have a 12 month warranty. During the designated warranty period, Plantronics will replace products returned due to defects in materials and workmanship.

Making a Headset Warranty Claim

At SKC, we encourage you to use the Plantronics Warranty Replacement Service to get your headset replaced in the fastest possible manner. SKC can help you determine your date code and provide proof of purchase if needed.  If you prefer, just give SKC a call at 800.882.7779 option 1 and we will be happy to help with the arrangements.


SKC has a 30 day return policy on most headset products. Call Customer Service to 800.882.7779 option 1 to obtain a return authorization form.
