Plantronics Warranty Information

Replacement Service

SKC is available to assist you with warranty and repair claims. Please contact us at (800) 882-7779, or e-mail us if you'd like assistance. You will process in warranty or out of warranty headsets directly through the Plantronics Quick Web Service Site. Please complete the form, print a copy for your records, and submit.

You should receive replacement product within 48-72 hours.  Once you receive the replacement product, just pack up the defective unit and ship back to our service center.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions and the address to ship back the product.
